Hi, there!

✨ There is no quotation fee. Please feel free to discuss the quote with me!
🌊 If you ever get lost while creating a design brief for me, don't hesitate to reach out! I'll be happy to help.
✦ TIMELINE
⟣ This waitlist is for projects with due dates on or after Nov 22, 2026 only! I’ll be working on this batch in Q4 (Oct-Dec 2026)!
⟣ I open commissions quarterly. My guaranteed delivery date is usually the end of that quarter unless we agree otherwise. For example, Q4 projects are worked on during Oct-Dec, with guaranteed delivery by Dec 31.
⟣ Requests outside my usual schedule can be discussed case by case! If you have a hard deadline or any urgent matter that requires discussion, please ping me, and I will check my schedule for you!
✦ GENERAL
⟣ Project Selection: I’ll accept the commission considering what I can deliver best, so I might not fill commission slots on a first-come, first-served basis.
⟣ Limited Acceptance: Slots are very limited, so please don’t be discouraged if your project isn’t selected this time or isn’t moved off the waitlist right away. I truly appreciate you considering me! I’m doing my best to avoid building up a backlog so I can provide the best possible experience for my clients!
⟣ Project File: Please let me know before we start the project if you’d like the source files (.psd or .ai)! Each is available for an additional 100% of the commission price, including a full commercial license. (Exceptions: Typography and Physical Goods–the .psd/.ai files are already included!)
⟣ NDA: If you don’t want your commission displayed on any of my public platforms, including my VGen portfolio, a 100% fee will be added. This doesn’t apply to standard NDAs that allow posting after the official project release.
⟣ Important: I do not support VTubers creating adult content using child-coded models. If you create such content, please do not contact me for commissions and kindly reconsider your stance.
✦ PAYMENTS
⟣ WISE Invoice / Paypal Invoice / Commissions GG / VGen
⟣ Upfront payment or payment plans (available up to 3 installments)
⟣ If you choose a payment plan, the remaining balance is required before I begin working on your project. I’ll send the final milestone invoice when I’m ready to start.
⟣ Once the proposal is sent, you’ll have 5 business days to secure your slot with full payment or the first installment. After that, the proposal will expire, but I’ll be happy to revisit it with you if needed!
⟣ Prices may vary depending on the project’s complexity, requirements, and any additional requests. Feel free to ping me to discuss the details before submitting a request!
✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⟣ Please do not claim the design as your own work.
⟣ My work must not be used to train or develop generative AI models. It must not be uploaded to generative AI tools for processing or content generation.
✦ REFUNDS
⟣ Because time is reserved specifically for your project, cancellations are not available after work has started.
⟣ A full refund will be issued if unforeseen circumstances on my side prevent me from completing your project.
⟣ By placing an order, you agree not to issue a chargeback.
✦ COMMUNICATION
⟣ Update Style: I love my first update to be a more polished take on your theme, so I might not share early-stage visual WIPs very often (or at all) until the full design draft is done. But please feel free to let me know if you’d prefer it differently! I’m always happy to share the process with you alongside the full updates, if that’s something you’d like.
⟣ Active Communication: Let's keep communication active with replies within 3-5 business days on both sides. If you need more time, a quick "I saw this, and I'll get back to you soon" is always appreciated! :3
⟣ Feel free to reach out to me on VGen, Twitter, or Discord—whichever is most convenient for you!
Thanks a lot for reading this thoroughly!
