✦ TIMELINE
⟣ The opening waitlist is for projects with due dates from July 25th onward only! I will work on this batch in Q3 (Jul - Sep 2026)!
⟣ If you have a hard deadline or any urgent matter that requires discussion, please ping me, and I will check my schedule for you!
✦ GENERAL
⟣ Project Selection: I’ll accept the commission considering what I could deliver the best, so I might not fill commission slots on a first-come-first-serve basis.
⟣ Limited Acceptance:
- I’ll take requests off the waitlist, depending on my availability. However, I’ll still keep unselected projects on the waitlist in case I can make room for them during Q3.
- I have very limited slots, so please don’t be sad if your projects aren’t selected this time or if they are not immediately moved off the waitlist. I genuinely appreciate you for considering me. I’d love to take on more, but I’m doing my best to avoid stacking up backlogs.
⟣ Project File: Please let me know if you want project files (.psd, .ai, .ae) before we kick-start the project. There will be an additional fee of 100% of the commission price for each. (Exceptions: Typography, Physical Goods, Stream Schedule)
⟣ NDA: If you don’t want your commission displayed on any of my public platforms, including my online portfolio, a 100% fee will be added. This doesn’t apply to standard NDAs that allow posting after the official project release.
⟣ Important: I do not support VTubers creating adult content using child-coded models. If you create such content, please do not contact me for commissions and kindly reconsider your stance.
✦ PAYMENTS
⟣ WISE Invoice / Paypal Invoice / Commissions GG / VGen
⟣ Upfront payment or payment plans (available with up to 3 split invoices)
⟣ If you choose the payment plans option, the remaining balance is required before I begin working on the project. I’ll request the last Milestone when I’m ready to start.
⟣ Once the proposal is sent, you'll have 5 business days to confirm your slot by making a payment to secure everything. After that, the proposal will expire, but I'll be happy to discuss it again if needed!
⟣ The design prices may vary based on the complexity, requirements, and any additional requests you might have. I encourage you to ping me for a discussion before making a request!
✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⟣ Please do not claim the design as your work.
⟣ My work must not be used by or for any generative AI model or purpose.
✦ REFUNDS
⟣ Because time is reserved specifically for your project, cancellations are not available after work has started.
⟣ A full refund will be issued if there are any unforeseen circumstances from my side.
⟣ By placing an order, you agree not to issue a chargeback.
✦ COMMUNICATION
⟣ Update Style: I love my first update to be a more polished take on your theme, so I might not share early-stage visual WIPs very often—or at all—until the full design draft is done. But please feel free to let me know if you’d prefer it differently! I’m always happy to share the process with you alongside the full updates, if that’s something you’d like.
⟣ Active Communication: Let's keep communication active with replies within 4-5 business days on both sides. If you need more time, a quick "I saw this, and I'll get back to you soon" is always appreciated! :3
